Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum 5 years of food and beverage management experience
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in budgeting and financial management
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to develop marketing and sales strategies

Job Duties

  • Plan and direct the food and beverage department operations
  • delegate responsibilities to various sub-department managers
  • develop and monitor operating schedules for profitability
  • control food, beverage, and labor costs
  • assist managers in achieving profit and quality standards
  • evaluate customer satisfaction and recommend policy changes
  • create budget, forecast, and operational management tools
  • provide ongoing employee training and development
  • ensure food and beverage standards and guest satisfaction
  • manage departmental budget and marketing plans
  • lead compliance with company policies and brand standards
  • maintain effective communication within the department
  • resolve guest complaints to uphold satisfaction
