Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in food and beverage management with hands-on leadership in culinary and front-of-house operations
  • culinary background with understanding of kitchen operations and menu development
  • ability to lead by example both in kitchen and service areas
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts, business, or equivalent experience
  • strong leadership and motivational skills
  • confidence in reading and interpreting financial data including budgets and labor costs
  • creativity in concept development and enhancing guest experience
  • knowledge of industry trends and guest preferences
  • top-notch communication and interpersonal skills
  • dedication to exceeding guest expectations and fostering team culture

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts, business, or equivalent real-world experience
  • 4+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience
  • demonstrated leadership in both kitchen and front-of-house operations
  • strong financial acumen including budgeting and labor management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • deep knowledge of current food and drink industry trends
  • proven ability to inspire and develop teams

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple food and beverage outlets within the hotel
  • design innovative menus that reflect quality and creativity
  • lead both culinary and front-of-house teams by example
  • manage financial aspects including budgets, P&Ls, and labor costs
  • foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • ensure exceptional guest dining and beverage experiences
  • stay updated on industry trends and implement new concepts
