Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent experience
  • Five years of recent hospitality or F&B experience including managerial experience
  • Valid Driver's License with good driving record
  • Colorado Gaming License
  • Completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and ServSafe certification
  • Ability to perform physical duties including walking, climbing stairs, crouching, kneeling and lifting up to 30 pounds
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated hospitality or F&B management experience preferably within a gaming environment
  • Demonstrated experience directing employees in F&B operations
  • Extensive experience in persuasion and negotiation
  • Experience performing under deadlines or pressure
  • Strong problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing skills
  • Knowledge of safety laws, workers' compensation, employment laws and Colorado Limited Gaming Act
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent experience
  • Five years of recent and related hospitality or F&B experience including managerial experience

Job Duties

  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment
  • Develops F&B programs to meet corporate goals
  • Ensures compliance with safety, health standards, employment law and gaming regulations
  • Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, scheduling and disciplining staff
  • Supervises restaurant and bar managers and staff
  • Ensures staff uniforms and licenses are properly maintained
  • Implements F&B policies and procedures
  • Manages F&B budget and operations within budgetary requirements
  • Attends and participates in management meetings
  • Negotiates and selects vendors for food and beverage procurement
  • Monitors F&B operations and conducts P&L analysis
  • Performs various F&B department roles as needed
  • Maintains guest interaction standards and handles complaints
  • Directs monthly food and beverage inventory reconciliation
  • Programs menus into POS systems
  • Ensures compliance with security policies
  • Demonstrates regular and reliable attendance
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
