Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent experience
- Five years of recent hospitality or F&B experience including managerial experience
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record
- Colorado Gaming License
- Completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and ServSafe certification
- Ability to perform physical duties including walking, climbing stairs, crouching, kneeling and lifting up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated hospitality or F&B management experience preferably within a gaming environment
- Demonstrated experience directing employees in F&B operations
- Extensive experience in persuasion and negotiation
- Experience performing under deadlines or pressure
- Strong problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing skills
- Knowledge of safety laws, workers' compensation, employment laws and Colorado Limited Gaming Act
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent experience
- Five years of recent and related hospitality or F&B experience including managerial experience
Job Duties
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment
- Develops F&B programs to meet corporate goals
- Ensures compliance with safety, health standards, employment law and gaming regulations
- Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, scheduling and disciplining staff
- Supervises restaurant and bar managers and staff
- Ensures staff uniforms and licenses are properly maintained
- Implements F&B policies and procedures
- Manages F&B budget and operations within budgetary requirements
- Attends and participates in management meetings
- Negotiates and selects vendors for food and beverage procurement
- Monitors F&B operations and conducts P&L analysis
- Performs various F&B department roles as needed
- Maintains guest interaction standards and handles complaints
- Directs monthly food and beverage inventory reconciliation
- Programs menus into POS systems
- Ensures compliance with security policies
- Demonstrates regular and reliable attendance
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
