Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant food and beverage management experience
  • valid ServSafe Manager Certification or equivalent (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • weekend availability including working open-close shifts on Saturdays and Sundays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency in cash handling and inventory management
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to high standards of food quality and customer service

Job Qualifications

  • ServSafe Manager Certification or equivalent required within 30 days of employment
  • open weekend availability required
  • 3+ years of food and beverage, concessions or restaurant experience preferred
  • proven ability to hire, train, and lead a diverse team, with a focus on creating an engaging and high-performing work environment
  • strong ability to manage budgets, meet financial targets such as profit margin and labor percentage, and drive operational efficiencies
  • excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to resolving guest complaints and providing top-tier service
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, particularly in a fast-paced event setting
  • a keen eye for quality control, cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with all regulations
  • ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with event and operational needs

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise all concessions staff to ensure exceptional service and efficient operations
  • conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and growth opportunities for your team
  • foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy environment that motivates staff to exceed expectations
  • handle all customer complaints and concerns related to food and beverage service, resolving issues swiftly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
  • ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met, maintaining a clean, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere at all food and beverage stations
  • oversee and monitor financial targets, including profit margin, labor percentage, and overall revenue
  • ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper cash handling procedures
  • track inventory levels, order food, beverages, and supplies as needed to ensure availability and minimize waste
  • serve as the opening and/or closing manager based on event schedules and direction from the General Manager
  • ensure that all food and beverage stations are prepared and stocked before events and properly closed down after
  • work closely with the General Manager and other team members to ensure smooth coordination of food services during events
  • ensure that all food and beverage services comply with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food safety standards
  • monitor inventory levels and waste, ensuring cost-effective ordering practices
