Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management or equivalent preferred
- minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Director of Food and Beverage
- Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications if applicable
- Level 1 or higher certification of Court of Master Sommelier or equivalent experience
- excellent skills in budgeting, expense management, inventory, payroll, labor costing, staffing, marketing, owner relations, PL management
- ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people
- ability to interpret various instructions and exercise independent judgment
- previous systems knowledge and experience with Aloha, Avero, Infogenesis, OpenTable, and ADP/eTime payroll or combination of these systems

Job Duties
- Provide restaurant guests with friendly and professional service
- ensure excellent food quality and presentation
- monitor budgets including inventory, sales, and payroll
- develop and execute annual marketing plans
- direct daily activities and assignments of staff
- oversee banquet and catering operations
- collaborate with sales and catering directors on strategies
- review and approve menus and pricing
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- interview, hire, train, and manage employees
- develop pricing strategy for liquors and wines
- maintain physical assets through capital planning
