Job Requirements

  • Management experience in multi-unit and high volume venues or hotels over 20 million dollars in annual food and beverage revenue
  • Extensive managerial and supervisory experience in restaurants, bars, and banquet venues within hotel or resort environments
  • Experience as a General Manager or Food and Beverage Director
  • Proven ability to control food and labor costs
  • Ability to work in a family-owned company culture
  • High-volume venue experience preferred
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and adherence to corporate standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum six years managerial and supervisory experience in restaurants, bars, and banquet venues with kitchen management within a hotel or resort environment
  • Minimum three years experience as a General Manager or Food and Beverage Director in a restaurant, large hotel, resort, or food and beverage venue
  • Proven experience with P&L accountability and successful control of food and labor costs
  • Prior experience managing multi-unit high volume venues generating over 20 million dollars in annual food and beverage revenue
  • Experience in high-volume venues such as arenas, stadiums, or cruise ships is desirable
  • Experience in family-owned companies is desirable

Job Duties

  • Oversee all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, and banquet operations
  • Develop and manage a thriving beverage program
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and quality-oriented service delivery
  • Collaborate with senior leaders at property and corporate levels to achieve operational goals
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
  • Train and retain staff in line with company culture
  • Manage revenue and expenses to meet financial objectives
