Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field
- minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage management at a leadership level
- strong knowledge of health safety and sanitation regulations
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to analyze financial reports and develop budgets
- proficiency with food and beverage management software and systems
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- develop financial strategies annual budgets forecasts and cost-control plans
- drive revenue through menu planning promotions and innovative food and beverage programming
- lead coach and motivate department leaders and frontline teams
- ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
- maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee purchasing for food and beverage operations
- review guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate satisfaction
- support high-quality banquet and event execution
- collaborate closely with sales culinary and operations leadership
- perform additional responsibilities as needed to enhance operations
