- Proficiency in Windows operating systems spreadsheets and word processing applications
- Strong communication leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with financial operations budgeting labor controls and forecasting
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high level of trust

- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of all service and kitchen areas
- Guide culinary and service teams on menu development, pricing, and merchandising
