  • Proven ability to build systems, processes, and teams in growth-oriented settings

  • Strong partnership skills with culinary leadership and executive management
  • Financial management acumen for complex operations
  • Long-term commitment with a desire to grow with the club

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute long-term vision for food and beverage in partnership with General Manager
  • Plan future food and beverage concepts tied to new club amenities
  • Establish scalable operating models for growing membership and offerings
  • Build and implement core food and beverage systems including procedures and training manuals
  • Create processes for scheduling, purchasing, inventory management, and event operations
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all food and beverage services
  • Oversee compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu development and pricing
  • Coordinate front of house and back of house operations
  • Support culinary programming tied to member events
  • Manage all food and beverage aspects of member events and private functions
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize event execution and service flow
  • Evaluate member feedback to enhance offerings
  • Manage department budgets, forecasts, and financial controls
  • Monitor labor and cost of goods
  • Implement cost control strategies
  • Provide financial reporting to General Manager
  • Recruit, hire, and retain food and beverage team
  • Build leadership through coaching and mentorship
  • Establish performance standards and accountability
  • Create onboarding and ongoing training programs
  • Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture
