Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management Culinary Arts Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in food and beverage management preferably in a country club resort or fine dining setting
- Proven track record of managing budgets and financial performance in food and beverage operations
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in wine spirits and fine dining service standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing demands

Job Duties
- Oversee all food and beverage operations ensuring seamless service and outstanding guest experiences
- Manage and mentor a dynamic team of kitchen and dining staff fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Develop menus in collaboration with the culinary team to reflect current trends and guest preferences
- Drive performance by analyzing revenue controlling costs and adhering to budgets
- Uphold the highest standards of sanitation safety and food handling practices
- Build relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable contracts
- Plan and execute events banquets and special dining initiatives in alignment with the club’s upscale standards
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to continuously elevate the dining experience
