Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related area
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant food and beverage or culinary professional area
- Strong leadership and management capabilities
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to analyze information and develop strategies
- Commitment to employee satisfaction and guest service quality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 6 years of relevant experience
- OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 4 years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership and management skills in food and beverage or culinary operations
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Experience in financial resource management and budgeting
- Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of market trends and product innovation
Job Duties
- Develop departmental strategies for food and beverage and culinary operations
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
- Lead and motivate the food and beverage leadership team
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback and satisfaction metrics
- Manage human resource activities including coaching, performance reviews, and hiring
- Communicate effectively across teams and with property leadership
- Analyze data and make strategic decisions on procurement and resource allocation
