Job Requirements

  • Relevant leadership experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry
  • Ability to develop and implement financial and operational plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in team management and development
  • Knowledge of food presentation standards and banquet service techniques
  • Ability to enforce standard operating procedures and service protocols
  • Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies for F&B outlets

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of financial management including food cost, labor cost, and revenue strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on leadership style
  • Ability to foster a team environment focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Experience managing both restaurant and banquet operations preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel including restaurant outlets, banquet events, and in-room dining
  • Develop short-term and long-term financial and operational plans aligning with hotel and company goals
  • Maintain product and service quality standards through evaluations and guest feedback analysis
  • Design and implement revenue-generating programs enhancing guest satisfaction
  • Empower and train team members to deliver consistent and excellent service
  • Monitor food presentation and collaborate with kitchen staff to address concerns
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of qualified F&B team members
  • Ensure smooth execution of group bookings and banquets using proper banquet service techniques
  • Make strategic decisions using reports and performance data
  • Enforce all brand and company standard operating procedures
  • Oversee marketing initiatives promoting F&B outlets and seasonal offers
  • Develop innovative programming to maintain local market competitiveness
  • Build community relationships to enhance brand presence and public relations
  • Motivate and lead F&B associates with effective leadership and performance management practices
