Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- experience in luxury hospitality is strongly preferred
- strong business acumen
- ability to analyze complex financial data
- proven ability to lead and manage change
- effective management, leadership, organizational and communication skills
- complete administrative proficiency
- knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment
- proficiency in English language
- ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- ability to frequently push, pull and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications

- complete administrative proficiency including knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment
- reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and support for all Food and Beverage colleagues
- model the company’s culture, vision, mission and core values at all times
- hire, train, motivate, discipline, direct and supervise the work of colleagues and managers in all Food and Beverage Departments
- develop and maintain all training programs on a continual basis to ensure professionalism and adherence to service standards
- maintain budgeted labor cost guidelines
- assume responsibility for shift supervisory duties, especially with VIP functions
- establish and maintain divisional standards to uphold the property’s 5-star status
- ensure orientation and training programs for new hires and cross-training of internal guests
- actively solicit colleague feedback and implement action plans from satisfaction surveys
- administer hotel policies fairly and consistently
- participate in marketing and public relations plan for Food and Beverage
- respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
- perform other duties as assigned by management
