Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum seven years experience in food and beverage management or general management
- strong leadership and team building skills
- excellent communication skills
- financial management experience including budgeting and forecasting
- proficiency with office and hospitality software
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform extended standing and mobility tasks
- ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- excellent customer service skills
- fluent oral and written English
- availability to work approximately five shifts per week including opening and closing duties
- ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Job Qualifications
- high school education or equivalent
- minimum of seven years' experience as a general manager or food and beverage director
- proven ability to lead a team and manage financials
- strong culture creation skills
- genuine desire to provide thoughtful hospitality
- financial fluency in profit and loss management, labor targets, food and beverage cost control, budgeting, and reporting
- proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, POS systems, inventory systems, and labor scheduling platforms
- basic knowledge of beverages
- fluent in oral and written English
- ability to see detailed guest checks and written instructions in dim lighting
- manual coordination to manage trays and operate equipment
Job Duties
- lead, mentor, and inspire outlet managers, banquet managers, and supervisors across all food and beverage operations
- develop and manage annual budgets, profit and loss statements, forecasts, and financial targets for all food and beverage outlets
- hire, develop, and mentor the management team
- regularly review financial performance with managers to ensure profitability
- maintain collaborative relationship with the executive chef and culinary team
- oversee planning and execution of large-scale banquets, private dining, and catered events
- partner with sales and events team to customize offerings and deliver flawless guest experiences
- ensure hourly staff adhere to hospitality and service standards
- cultivate a positive and supportive work environment
- assist in opening and closing the restaurant and manage the floor during shifts
- respond to staff inquiries and grievances professionally
- monitor and enhance guest experiences and service standards continually
- maximize efficiency and deliver world-class hospitality
- assist the restaurant team in service execution tasks
- remain attentive to guests and maintain service standards throughout dining experience
- multitask and stay organized under high-pressure situations
- respond to guest inquiries and comments promptly
- present a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times
- perform other duties as assigned
