Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of management experience in food and beverage within luxury hotels or resorts
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume food and beverage operations
  • Strong financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent leadership and team development abilities
  • Experience overseeing special events and entertainment food and beverage operations preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 plus years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management
  • Experience managing high-volume outlets, large banquet operations, and multi-revenue streams
  • Proven leadership of culinary and front-of-house teams
  • Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Experience with entertainment-driven activations or large-scale special events
  • Passion for guest experience and sustainable business practices
  • Degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or business preferred

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive food and beverage strategy aligned with resort goals
  • Identify innovation opportunities in menus and concepts across all outlets
  • Partner with marketing to maximize event exposure and attendance
  • Direct daily operations of all food and beverage venues including restaurants, cafes, bars, mobile units, and catering
  • Maintain excellence in service delivery, food quality, and safety standards
  • Implement efficient workflows and optimize labor across service models
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Monitor and control labor costs and cost of goods sold
  • Evaluate vendor contracts and procurement strategies
  • Lead and mentor front-of-house and culinary teams
  • Foster a high-performance culture of accountability and creativity
  • Serve as brand ambassador for all food and beverage outlets
  • Champion hospitality excellence rooted in local Napa Valley sensibility
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure unified guest experience
  • Oversee food and beverage strategy and execution for concerts and special events
  • Enhance revenue and guest satisfaction through event activations
