Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum four years experience in food and beverage management
  • experience in hotel settings preferred
  • strong leadership abilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to develop and execute unique food and beverage concepts
  • knowledge of industry trends

  • proven track record of guest service excellence

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee all food and beverage operations at the resort
  • develop and implement innovative menu concepts
  • manage multiple food and beverage outlets effectively
  • ensure high-quality guest experiences and service standards
  • collaborate with team members to motivate and develop staff
  • manage budgets and achieve financial targets
  • interpret financial and operational data into actionable plans
