Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in food and beverage operations
- Experience managing food service operations
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work odd hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job such as reaching, lifting, stooping, bending and extensive standing/walking including stairs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to read, speak and write English
- Knowledge of Spanish a plus

Job Duties
- Establish and enforce all food and beverage policies to a standard higher than local, state and national health and safety regulations
- Establish and manage all day-to-day food and beverage operations within the approved budget
- Lead all daily food and beverage preparation and shut down processes
- Work with the General Manager to design menus and pricing that reflect food costs and availability
- Establish policies internally to provide excellent customer service
- Responsible for all aspects of ballpark concessions and vending operation including product ordering, inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Ensure proper execution of orders, including proper operation of POS system at all locations
- Create an effective and safe working environment for employees, team staff and guests
- Supervise, train, and schedule all food and beverage staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to queries and complaints
- Monitor food and labor costs daily
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing plans and schedules
- Ensure cleanliness in all food preparation and service areas
- Maintain proper inventory levels and track inventory daily, weekly and monthly
- Order and receive all food and beverage products
- Build and maintain vendor relationships
- Adhere to team standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
- Maintain professional image including cleanliness, uniforms and appearance standards
- Ensure all financial and HR/payroll administrative duties are completed accurately and on time
- Supervise cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment
- Keep the General Manager informed of all issues and take prompt corrective actions
- Attend meetings and complete other assigned duties
