Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in progressive food and beverage leadership roles
  • Proven track record managing multiple revenue streams and large teams
  • Strong financial management skills including budgeting and labor cost control
  • Ability to develop strategic initiatives and execute operational plans
  • Experience with event-driven food and beverage operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management
  • Experience in luxury hotels or destination resorts preferred
  • Proven success managing high-volume outlets and large banquet operations
  • Strong ability to lead culinary and front-of-house teams
  • Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Experience with entertainment-driven activations or large-scale events preferred
  • Passion for guest experience, team development, and sustainable practices
  • Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Business preferred

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive food and beverage strategy aligned with resort goals
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in menus, concepts, and guest experiences
  • Partner with Marketing to maximize event exposure and attendance
  • Direct daily operations of all food and beverage venues including restaurants, cafes, bars, mobile units, and catering
  • Maintain excellence in service delivery, food quality, safety standards, and brand consistency
  • Implement systems for efficient workflows, labor optimization, and product consistency
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Monitor and control labor costs, food and beverage cost of goods sold, and department profitability
  • Evaluate vendor contracts and procurement strategies
  • Lead and mentor front-of-house and culinary teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and collaboration
  • Serve as brand ambassador for all food and beverage outlets
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure unified guest experiences
  • Collaborate with event producers to enhance concert series
  • Oversee food and beverage execution for concerts and special events
