Job Requirements

  • minimum 7+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience
  • experience in luxury hotel or destination resort environments preferred
  • ability to lead and develop multi-disciplinary food and beverage teams
  • strong financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
  • exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience in managing large banquet operations and multiple revenue streams
  • capability to collaborate cross-functionally within a resort setting

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management preferably in luxury hotels or destination resorts
  • demonstrated success managing high-volume outlets, large banquet operations, and multiple revenue streams
  • proven ability to lead culinary and front-of-house teams through operational excellence and strategic direction
  • strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and labor/product cost management
  • experience with entertainment-driven activations or large-scale special events highly desirable
  • passion for guest experience, team development, and sustainable business practices
  • degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or business preferred

Job Duties

  • develop and execute comprehensive food and beverage strategy aligned with resort positioning and revenue goals
  • identify opportunities for innovation in menus, concepts, and guest experiences
  • partner with marketing to maximize exposure and attendance at concerts, culinary events, and food truck activations
  • direct daily operations of all food and beverage venues including restaurants, cafes, bars, mobile units, and catering
  • maintain excellence in service delivery, food quality, safety standards, and brand consistency
  • implement systems for efficient workflows, labor optimization, and product consistency
  • develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • monitor and control labor costs, food and beverage cost of goods sold, and profitability
  • evaluate vendor contracts and procurement strategies
  • lead and mentor front-of-house and culinary teams
  • foster a high-performance culture of accountability, creativity, and collaboration
  • serve as brand ambassador for all food and beverage outlets and guest experiences
  • champion hospitality excellence with local Napa Valley sensibility
  • collaborate cross-functionally with rooms, spa, sales, and events
  • oversee food and beverage strategy, staffing, and execution for concert series and special events
  • ensure food and beverage activations enhance revenue and guest satisfaction
