Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management
- Experience managing multiple high-volume food and beverage outlets and banquets
- Proven leadership of culinary and front-of-house teams
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control capabilities
- Experience collaborating with marketing and events teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
- Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Business preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive food and beverage strategies aligned with resort goals
- Identify opportunities for menu and concept innovation across all outlets
- Partner with marketing to enhance concert and event exposure
- Direct daily operations of all food and beverage venues including fine dining, cafes, bars, mobile units, and catering
- Maintain excellence in service delivery, food quality, safety standards, and brand consistency
- Implement efficient workflows and labor optimization
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Monitor and control labor, food, and beverage costs
- Evaluate vendor contracts and optimize procurement
- Lead and mentor front-of-house and culinary teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and collaboration
- Serve as brand ambassador for food and beverage outlets
- Champion hospitality excellence and local Napa Valley sensibility
- Collaborate with resort departments to ensure unified guest experience
- Oversee food and beverage operations for concert series and special events
- Ensure food and beverage activations enhance revenue and guest satisfaction
