Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management
  • Experience managing multiple high-volume food and beverage outlets and banquets
  • Proven leadership of culinary and front-of-house teams
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control capabilities
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and events teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
  • Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Business preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury hotels or destination resorts preferred
  • Proven success managing high-volume outlets and banquet operations
  • Ability to lead culinary and front-of-house teams effectively
  • Strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost management skills
  • Experience with entertainment-driven activations or special events preferred
  • Passion for guest experience and team development
  • Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Business preferred

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive food and beverage strategies aligned with resort goals
  • Identify opportunities for menu and concept innovation across all outlets
  • Partner with marketing to enhance concert and event exposure
  • Direct daily operations of all food and beverage venues including fine dining, cafes, bars, mobile units, and catering
  • Maintain excellence in service delivery, food quality, safety standards, and brand consistency
  • Implement efficient workflows and labor optimization
  • Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Monitor and control labor, food, and beverage costs
  • Evaluate vendor contracts and optimize procurement
  • Lead and mentor front-of-house and culinary teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and collaboration
  • Serve as brand ambassador for food and beverage outlets
  • Champion hospitality excellence and local Napa Valley sensibility
  • Collaborate with resort departments to ensure unified guest experience
  • Oversee food and beverage operations for concert series and special events
  • Ensure food and beverage activations enhance revenue and guest satisfaction
