Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management
- Experience managing multiple high-volume food and beverage outlets
- Proven ability to lead both front-of-house and culinary teams
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
- Experience with entertainment or large-scale event food and beverage service
- Ability to develop strategic initiatives and innovative concepts
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Commitment to hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction
- Degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or business preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management
- Experience in luxury hotels or destination resorts preferred
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume outlets and large banquet operations
- Proven ability to lead culinary and front-of-house teams operationally and strategically
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Experience with entertainment-driven activations or large-scale special events preferred
- Passion for guest experience, team development, and sustainable business practices
- Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Business preferred
Job Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive food and beverage strategy aligned with resort goals
- Identify opportunities for innovation in menus and concepts across all outlets
- Partner with marketing to maximize exposure for concerts and culinary events
- Direct daily operations of all food and beverage venues including restaurants, cafes, bars, mobile units, and catering
- Maintain service excellence, food quality, safety standards and brand consistency
- Implement systems for efficient workflows, labor optimization, and product consistency
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the department
- Control labor costs, food and beverage costs, and overall profitability
- Evaluate vendor contracts to maximize quality and minimize expenses
- Lead front-of-house and culinary teams
- Mentor department leaders through coaching and performance reviews
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability and collaboration
- Serve as brand ambassador for food and beverage outlets
- Champion a service culture rooted in hospitality excellence and local sensibility
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other resort departments
- Oversee food and beverage operations for concert series and special events
- Ensure F&B activations enhance revenue and guest satisfaction
