- 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management or related area
- or 2-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration or related major
- 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management or related area
- knowledge of customer and personal service
- knowledge of financial resource management
- knowledge of business and management principles
- knowledge of applied business
- knowledge of management of material resources
Job Qualifications

- or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration with 4 years experience

Job Duties
- function as the strategic business leader of the food and beverage and culinary operations
- oversee development and implementation of departmental strategies
- ensure implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives
- review financial reports and manage budgets
- make recommendations for CAPEX funding
- develop strategies to improve financial performance
- set goals and hold team accountable
- lead and influence food and beverage leadership team
- build trust and cooperation among team members
- ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- empower employees to provide excellent service
- manage human resource activities including hiring and coaching
- communicate regularly with property leadership and team
