Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts, business or related field preferred
- minimum 7 years leadership experience in food & beverage management
- proven track record managing multiple outlets and revenue streams
- strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced luxury resort environment
- experience with event-driven F&B operations advantageous
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years progressive leadership in food & beverage management
- experience in luxury hotels or destination resorts preferred
- success managing high-volume outlets and banquet operations
- proven ability to lead culinary and FOH teams strategically
- strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost management skills
- experience with entertainment-driven activations or large-scale events desirable
- passion for guest experience and sustainable business practices
- degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or business preferred
Job Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive F&B strategy aligned with resort goals
- identify opportunities for innovation across F&B outlets
- partner with marketing to maximize event exposure
- direct daily operations of all F&B venues
- maintain excellence in service, food quality, and safety standards
- implement efficient workflow and labor optimization systems
- develop and manage departmental budgets and financial reporting
- monitor and control labor and food & beverage costs
- evaluate vendor contracts and procurement strategies
- lead and mentor FOH and culinary teams
- foster culture of accountability and collaboration
- serve as brand ambassador for all F&B outlets
- champion hospitality excellence and local sensibility
- collaborate cross-functionally for unified guest experience
- oversee F&B strategy for concert series and special events
- ensure F&B activations enhance revenue and guest satisfaction
