Job Duties

  • develop and execute a food & beverage strategy aligned with marriott's brand vision
  • lead daily operations, ensuring compliance with standards and policies
  • manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for growth
  • drive innovation in menus and service to exceed guest expectations
  • build and maintain a culture of excellence, trust, and collaboration within the team
  • ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction through proactive engagement
  • recruit, coach, and develop food & beverage leaders and associates
