- develop and execute a food & beverage strategy aligned with marriott's brand vision
- lead daily operations, ensuring compliance with standards and policies
- manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for growth
- drive innovation in menus and service to exceed guest expectations
- build and maintain a culture of excellence, trust, and collaboration within the team
- ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction through proactive engagement
- recruit, coach, and develop food & beverage leaders and associates
