Job Requirements
- 2 or 4 year degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage leadership
- Ability to perform critical analysis and manage a wide-range of information
- Advanced knowledge of business and management principles and practices
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to delegate, manage manpower and organize complex projects and establish priorities
- Operate department within guidelines of the Foundation Document
- Communicate professionally with guests and associates
