Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • two or more years related experience or training
  • ability to stand, walk, talk, listen, use hands frequently
  • occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • must meet state age requirements for handling alcohol
  • food safety and sanitation training
  • alcohol responsibility training (RBS)
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team
  • knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and safety
  • willingness to work in various environmental conditions
  • ability to maintain financial accountability
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage all the food and beverage operations including events
  • assure all staff provide friendly, hospitable service
  • meet or exceed financial targets and manage budgets
  • recruit, hire, train and schedule staff
  • coordinate and execute member events and banquet services
  • maintain facility cleanliness and presentation
  • represent the facility with professionalism and engage positively with members and guests
