Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7 plus years of leadership experience in food and beverage management
  • Experience managing high-volume and multi-outlet operations
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Ability to lead and develop diverse teams
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including events and weekends
  • Degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or business preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 plus years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management
  • Experience in luxury hotels or destination resorts preferred
  • Proven success managing high-volume outlets and large banquet operations
  • Ability to lead culinary and front-of-house teams through operational excellence
  • Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Experience with entertainment-driven activations or large-scale special events
  • Passion for guest experience, team development, and sustainable business practices
  • Degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or business preferred

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive food and beverage strategy aligned with resort goals
  • Identify opportunities for menu and concept innovation
  • Partner with marketing to maximize exposure for food and beverage events
  • Direct daily operations of all food and beverage venues
  • Maintain excellence in service delivery, food quality, and safety standards
  • Implement systems for efficient workflows and labor optimization
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets and financial reporting
  • Monitor and control labor and product costs
  • Evaluate vendor contracts and procurement strategies
  • Lead and mentor front-of-house and culinary teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Serve as brand ambassador for all food and beverage outlets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure unified guest experiences
  • Oversee food and beverage strategy for on-premise concert series and special events
  • Ensure revenue growth while preserving guest satisfaction and safety
