Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or business
- minimum of 7 years of progressive food and beverage management experience in upscale hotel environments
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent verbal and written communication
- proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- demonstrated ability to manage multiple outlets and functions within a hotel

Job Duties
- Provide strategic direction and day-to-day oversight for all food and beverage operations
- plan, direct, and organize the functions of the food and beverage department including restaurants, bars, banquets, catering, in-room dining, kitchens, and stewarding
- partner with the Executive Chef and outlet managers on menu development and merchandising, integrating market trends, guest preferences, and revenue-driving opportunities
- develop and implement operating tools, budgets, forecasts, purchase specifications, recipes, portion standards, and food production controls
- monitor and control food, beverage, and labor costs across all outlets and analyze financial reports to achieve revenue and profit goals
- build and maintain strong vendor relationships including procurement and negotiated pricing
- lead and inspire F&B leadership teams and line employees through communication, coaching, and accountability
- evaluate guest satisfaction, sales performance, and service delivery for improvement and innovation
- develop and administer training and career development for team members
- collaborate with cross-functional departments to support business goals and guest experience initiatives
- ensure compliance with sanitation, food safety, health, and loss prevention policies
- champion a safe and environmentally responsible workplace
- oversee payroll, scheduling, and labor planning
- participate in creation and execution of the hotel’s business plan and budget
- provide on-site leadership for special events, renovations, and outlet openings
- stay current on food and beverage trends
- perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
