Job Requirements

  • Previous restaurant experience required
  • Management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Contributes to departmental and property guest satisfaction goals by delivering exemplary service
  • Ensures the restaurant meets quality and service goals through effective team leadership and proactive programs
  • Creates a comfortable and celebratory dining atmosphere reflecting customers’ lifestyles
  • Ensures team members adhere to business casual dress code
  • Oversees customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience
  • Manages seating process during peak times to enhance guest experience and reduce wait times
  • Maintains communication with kitchen staff, management, and serving staff to address dining details and customer concerns
  • Acts as Chief Host, managing wait lists and seating assignments
  • Handles telephone reservations and assists callers
  • Engages with guests to recognize special occasions and records relevant information
  • Coordinates recruitment and training of new team members
  • Conducts performance evaluations and provides coaching and counseling
  • Monitors food quality and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Resolves guest complaints with personal responsibility and follow-through
  • Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
  • Prioritizes safety and emergency readiness
  • Inspects dining and serving areas and restrooms for cleanliness and proper setup
  • Conducts daily equipment inspections and schedules maintenance
  • Identifies sales leads and collaborates with chefs on menu development
  • Maintains sales records, tracks cash receipts, and submits operational reports
  • Upholds attendance standards and uniform policies
  • Performs additional duties as assigned
