Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or reception preferred
  • basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to engage professionally with community partners and visitors
  • in-person attendance required
  • strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
  • familiarity with the Cisco switchboard console is a plus
  • effective use of the Microsoft Office suite and general computer skills
  • genuine interest in learning new skills
  • willingness to grow into other roles within the organization

Job Duties

  • manage guests, vendors, incoming mail, deliveries and the distribution of receivables
  • support all departments with packaging and shipping via company portal
  • engage with community partners and neighbors in person and on the phone, directing them to the appropriate department and answering questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • perform various administrative duties supporting the GM’s desk including travel and entertainment arrangements and communications with staff and guests
  • update FCC required reporting daily
  • maintain general office and breakroom hospitality supplies
  • coordinate in-house events and other tasks as needed
  • maintain in-person attendance as required
