Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- minimum of 5 years experience in financial planning and analysis
- proven leadership and management abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively across departments
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
- prior experience in management
- experience working with multi-entity shared services forecasts and budgets
- experience in the hotel, restaurant or hospitality industry a unique plus
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- prior experience with a large-scale financial planning and analysis software
Job Duties
- Oversee the overall accounting and financial management
- provide strategic and supported financial insights related to a variety of projects and endeavors
- prepare and review annual budgets, monthly forecasts and financial operations
- oversee the internal financial system
- manage, hire and mentor Financial and Data team
