Job Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive hotel finance experience
- Degree in accounting, finance, hospitality, or business preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations
- Experience coordinating audits and managing compliance
- Capacity to foster team development and collaboration
Job Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
Job Duties
- Lead hotel accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements
- identify and implement corrective actions
- Oversee cash management and ensure timely, accurate reporting
- Coordinate year-end audits and manage external auditor relationships
- Ensure compliance with HMA terms, SOX requirements, and internal control policies
- Monitor industry trends and legislative changes to inform financial decisions
- Mentor and develop finance, IT, and procurement teams
- Empower colleagues with financial insights to support operational excellence
- Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost efficiency and revenue generation
- Build strong relationships with ownership representatives and stakeholders
- Champion a growth mindset and agile thinking across the organization
