Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years of progressive accounting and finance management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Hospitality preferred
- Background in hotel accounting preferred
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of progressive accounting and finance management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with hotel accounting specifically AHLA Uniform System of Accounts preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting processes
- Experience with compliance and audit procedures
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and flexible scheduling
- Collaborative team player with integrity and discretion.
Job Duties
- Reinforce the company’s art and science ideologies to ensure experiences of translocal hospitality, intuitive service, and collaboration are implemented and modeled
- Actively participate in interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and motivating associates to nurture ideas and develop future talent for succession planning
- Ensure a sense of belonging by upholding company values and guidelines for a respectful workplace and inclusive environment
- Role model open-door policy and employee engagement practices
- Lead accounting and finance procedures, practices, and policies for the hotel ensuring execution and deadlines are met
- Lead preparation of budgets and forecasts collaboratively with management
- Develop and implement procedures and training for efficient completion of accounting activities
- Provide financial analysis to key stakeholders and collaborate on hotel financial goals
- Administer and enforce legal and finance compliance initiatives including SOX and PCI
- Oversee financial reporting and records management including audits and regulatory reporting
- Ensure Hotel Management Agreement compliance including contract negotiation and vendor monitoring
- Advise management on tax code revisions and ensure timely payments and safeguarding of resources
- Participate in Lobby Duty Program to engage with guests and associates.
