- 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in an accounting department
- demonstrated strengths in computer proficiency and team supervision

Job Duties
- oversee preparation of financial statements and reporting to owners financial institutions auditors and management
- partner with operations to identify profit improvement opportunities and revenue enhancement initiatives
- manage and control labor costs and operating expenses
- participate in special projects related to operations and other business areas including conducting audits of standard operating procedures
- ensure strict adherence to company accounting policies and financial controls
