Job Requirements
- B.S. in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university
- at least 3 to 5 years experience in public accounting and/or financial management
- extensive knowledge of general and cost accounting
- excellent analytical skills
- excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and organisational ability
- ability to multi-task
- ability to function independently and as a team member
- ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- effective supervisory skills
- extensive knowledge of SAGE accounting software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ADP payroll processing software experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- eligible to work in United States

Job Duties
- Assists in the development and implementation of facility goals and priorities relating to financial management, budget, accounting, purchasing, and payroll in compliance with State and Federal law and ASM Global policies and procedures
- supervises the payroll processing on a bi-weekly basis with direct oversight of the Accounting Manager
- prepares invoices and monthly revenue recognition entries
- prepares and assists with event settlements
- assists with preparation of Food and Beverage monthly cost of goods sold and event settlement entries
- prepares and performs bank reconciliations
- supervises and assists with preparation of all financial reporting including preparation of financial statements, Annual Budget, and Annual Report
- directs installation and maintenance of accounting records
- maintains general and subsidiary ledgers
- verifies accuracy of general ledger coding
- prepares and analyzes information for financial statements and reports
- prepares statements and reports on future revenues and costs
- directs internal audits and coordinates external audit materials and reporting
- establishes system controls for new financial systems
- reviews financial statements with management personnel
- prepares required annual budgets
- ensures regular attendance
- performs other duties as assigned
