Job Duties
- Own activation readiness beginning at mock and extending through asset return
- Lead post-production handoff from project management to activation management
- Establish clear ownership and execution standards before deployment and throughout activation
- Hire, coach, and performance-manage Activation Managers
- Ensure strong project management to activation management communication rhythms
- Drive consistent execution standards across activations in all markets
- Lead the Operations Supervisor and ops team members
- Ensure disciplined pack plans and readiness checklists
- Oversee mock execution reflecting real-world conditions
- Own Tour Manager training and certification programs
- Establish clear Tour Manager training, certification, and career path
- Define standards for professionalism, client interaction, and decision-making
- Develop Tour Managers into Lime Media brand ambassadors
- Address underperformance through coaching, retraining, or removal
- Lead LED Supervisor responsible for LED field operations
- Oversee hiring and performance management of LED drivers
- Ensure LED truck availability across top 25 DMAs
- Maintain reliability, readiness, and performance of LED assets in the field
- Own client experience during activations
- Ensure field execution aligns with sold scope
- Support escalations appropriately
- Own safe delivery and return of assets
- Drive Driver Safety Scorecard improvement
- Ensure DOT and internal safety compliance
- Own post-mock activation field budgets
- Control labor, travel, freight, and incidental costs
- Prevent scope creep and uncontrolled spending
- Track KPIs related to activation success, damage, safety, and cost
- Create feedback loops to PM, Sales, and Ops
- Elevate field operations maturity by creating durable process improvements
