Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, or related field
  • five to seven years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • proven experience in multi-location marketing execution, coaching, or franchise marketing
  • strong understanding of business principles, financial management, and commercial strategies
  • results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • familiarity with franchising regulations and industry best practices
  • ability to travel by vehicle and air

Job Duties

  • lead and develop a remote and diverse marketing team
  • develop and execute local marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • oversee creation and implementation of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • analyze campaign performance to optimize results
  • plan and manage marketing budgets for local initiatives
  • adapt national promotions and pricing for local market impact
  • collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • conduct local market research and analyze competitive landscape
  • track progress and report on key performance indicators
  • develop training and educational resources to drive marketing tool adoption
