Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, or related field
- five to seven years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- proven experience in multi-location marketing execution, coaching, or franchise marketing
- strong understanding of business principles, financial management, and commercial strategies
- results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving business growth and profitability
- familiarity with franchising regulations and industry best practices
- ability to travel by vehicle and air

Job Duties
- lead and develop a remote and diverse marketing team
- develop and execute local marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- oversee creation and implementation of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
- analyze campaign performance to optimize results
- plan and manage marketing budgets for local initiatives
- adapt national promotions and pricing for local market impact
- collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging
- conduct local market research and analyze competitive landscape
- track progress and report on key performance indicators
- develop training and educational resources to drive marketing tool adoption
