- Proven financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial performance monitoring
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and drive organizational growth
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Job Duties
- Oversee all FBO operations ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to clients and stakeholders
- Regular travel to all locations to maintain standards and strengthen relationships with airport authorities customers and employees
- Lead and mentor the FBO team fostering a culture of excellence accountability and continuous improvement
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Ensure all FBO operations adhere to industry safety best practices including conducting regular safety training and monthly safety meetings at all locations
- Manage the FBO budget monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation
- Enhance service growth by identifying new business opportunities and coordinating with marketing for outreach and targeted campaigns
