- Over 10 years of experience managing facilities teams
- Experience managing large corporate offices grounds food service and related operations
- Ability to oversee and lead a large diverse team
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work on site full time
- Pass pre-employment drug screening

- Financial or accounting knowledge is a plus

Job Duties
- Direct daily corporate building operations ensuring Uline's quality and performance standards are met
- Oversee a facilities team of 150 plus employees to foster a positive culture and ensure efficient operations
- Conduct facilities audits and work with managers to resolve issues ensuring campuses are in top shape
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors supporting custodial food services landscaping furniture fixtures and equipment and facility projects
- Develop budgets and reports to shape long-term strategy for facility projects and operations
