Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Minimum 3 years at senior or director-level role
- Proven large-scale event management experience
- Strong team leadership skills
- Budget and capital project management experience
- Knowledge of compliance regulations

- Experience in emergency response and business continuity planning
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree or certifications in hospitality facilities management or business administration preferred
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in events management hospitality or facilities operations
- At least 3 years in a senior or director-level role
- Proven success managing large-scale event operations preferably in a conference center corporate campus or hospitality environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead coach and develop large diverse teams
- Strong background in budget planning capital project oversight and vendor contract management
- Experience with facilities-related compliance such as OSHA health codes building codes and risk mitigation strategies
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership IT security and external partners
- Familiarity with business continuity planning and emergency response leadership
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Job Duties
- Lead end-to-end event operations including planning logistics catering and on-site execution for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee facilities support functions such as housekeeping food services and transportation to ensure seamless event delivery
- Develop and mentor a large team fostering a culture of service excellence accountability and continuous growth
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning budgeting and capital improvement projects related to event and facility spaces
- Ensure compliance with health safety and building regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
- Support business continuity planning and serve as a site leader during emergency situations
