Job Qualifications
- minimum five years’ experience in traffic and parking management or related field preferred
- strong problem-solving skills with creative, outside-the-box thinking
- in-depth knowledge of vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow
- ability to develop and communicate operational plans clearly
- effective leadership and communication skills
- strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- skilled at fostering a positive and motivating work environment
- proactive approach to daily tasks and strategic planning
- perform well under pressure with excellent multitasking abilities
- capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
Job Duties
- create strategic transportation plans for current and future Nissan Stadium
- oversee all traffic and parking operations including planning, execution, and evaluation
- maintain strategic relationships with transportation and parking partners
- collaborate with city agencies and law enforcement to optimize traffic flow and public safety
- design and refine emergency access routes, street closures, and safety protocols
- lead ADA ingress and egress initiatives
- implement traffic flow signage plans
- oversee guest and employee shuttle operations
- deliver timely information on parking, transit, and traffic to guests
- monitor real-time operations and adjust as needed
- analyze post-event data for continuous improvement
- develop parking permit systems and lot allocations
- manage parking inventory and daily lot issues
