Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of audio visual experience
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- sales experience is a plus
- working knowledge of audio visual equipment in live show environment
- ability to complete Level 3 Skills training
- proficiency with computer hardware
- proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office
- effective leadership abilities
- valid driver’s license for team members operating Company vehicles
Job Qualifications

- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels and provide outstanding customer service
- service events and act as a point of escalation when needed
- identify key issues and decision makers to influence contract renewal and leverage internal resources
- consult with Venue Sales Leadership on sales strategies
- participate in business review presentations
- manage efficient and profitable operations focusing on revenue maximization and cost control
- achieve financial goals by managing labor, equipment rentals, and costs
- utilize operational and financial reports accurately and timely
- coordinate invoicing and ensure timely payments
- complete accurate sales forecasts and participate in business reviews
- manage location profit and loss and develop action plans
- perform and direct daily floor operations including scheduling and equipment setups
- ensure timely delivery and quality of equipment and services
- anticipate and resolve equipment challenges
- maintain proper inventory levels while ensuring safety and quality
- share labor and equipment efficiently
- attend operational venue meetings
- apply technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- utilize company computer systems effectively
- act as solo on-site technician if needed
- create strategies to maximize event revenue including upsell and cross-sell
- prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- attend site visits and planning meetings
- collaborate with vendors and internal departments
- understand event cost structures and profitability guidelines
- maintain accurate customer information in CRM
- stay informed on new products and emerging technology
- create and present performance reports to management
- deliver world-class service and maintain customer relationships
- oversee personnel assisting with event execution
- exceed customer expectations
- meet with guests to ensure needs are met
- monitor venues and check on customers
- maintain professional image and standards
- promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- manage team performance, hiring, coaching, and training
- support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
