Job Requirements
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred or equivalent experience
- proven success in team leadership
- excellent communication skills
- strong understanding of local business markets
- confident and approachable leadership style
- high energy and proactive mindset
- proficiency with Excel, Word, and sales software
- must be 21 years or older as required by law
Job Qualifications

- bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred or equivalent experience
- proven success in team leadership, goal-setting, and driving measurable results
- excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- strong understanding of local business markets and client relationship development
- confident, approachable leader who inspires trust and collaboration
- energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindset
- high level of integrity, adaptability, and self-awareness
- proficiency in Excel, Word, and sales software such as Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- must be 21 years of age or older as required by law
Job Duties
- Provide multi-market leadership across venues including regular travel
- lead teams to hit and exceed sales goals through coaching and accountability
- build strong client relationships with organized CRM management
- map out strategic plans for business development targeting top accounts
- establish and monitor team performance goals through consistent coaching
- provide daily leadership and structure through coaching and sales meetings
- participate in strategic planning with Directors of Operations to maximize revenue
- live and model Topgolf's core values of fun, one team, excellence, courage, and caring
