Job Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of sales experience
- hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry background preferred
- bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong time management and organizational skills
- knowledge of local area business and client database
- friendly and positive personality
- energetic and enthusiastic
- high level of self-awareness and integrity
- proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, and Delphi or similar sales software

Job Duties
- Perform revenue forecasts and win/loss reports
- create sales campaigns to nurture guest relationships and drive repeat sales
- conduct market analysis and develop strategies for new business generation
- collaborate with National Director of Sales and Corporate Marketing Team
- lead day-to-day sales operations while aligning with strategic goals
- establish and monitor sales team performance goals
- develop or contribute to the Strategic Marketing Plan
- demonstrate Topgolf's core values
- engage with guests during events to ensure quality experiences
