Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event planning, business administration, or related field
- minimum 8 years of experience in luxury event planning and management
- proven leadership capabilities
- financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
- strong interpersonal skills for vendor and client relations
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event planning, business administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in luxury event planning and management
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong financial management and budgeting experience
- deep knowledge of event operations, catering, banquet management, and guest service standards
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- strong client and vendor relationship-building skills
Job Duties
- lead event strategy and planning
- manage and develop high-performing event teams
- coordinate with sales, catering, food & beverage, operations, and marketing departments
- oversee budgeting and financial forecasting for events
- ensure exceptional guest service and event execution
- build and maintain vendor and client relationships
- optimize event revenue and operational excellence
