Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event planning, business administration, or related field
  • minimum 8 years of experience in luxury event planning and management
  • proven leadership capabilities
  • financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
  • strong interpersonal skills for vendor and client relations

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event planning, business administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in luxury event planning and management
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • strong financial management and budgeting experience
  • deep knowledge of event operations, catering, banquet management, and guest service standards
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • strong client and vendor relationship-building skills

Job Duties

  • lead event strategy and planning
  • manage and develop high-performing event teams
  • coordinate with sales, catering, food & beverage, operations, and marketing departments
  • oversee budgeting and financial forecasting for events
  • ensure exceptional guest service and event execution
  • build and maintain vendor and client relationships
  • optimize event revenue and operational excellence
