Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
- Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience in distribution for a chain restaurant group and managing a team
- Experience in implementing and maintaining advanced business systems
- Experience in multi-unit chain management
- Experience utilizing Arrowstream preferred
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
- Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Skilled in leading complex projects with accountability
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of distribution management experience in a chain restaurant environment
- Proven success managing a team and multi-unit operations
- Experience with advanced business systems implementation
- Knowledge of Arrowstream is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and process improvements
- Experience in vendor management and contract compliance
Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Distribution Managers across 16 third-party food service distributors
- Oversee all distribution center operations including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Partner with third-party distributors to strengthen relationships and improve service levels
- Develop and implement distribution and logistics strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Continuously assess network performance using KPIs and analytics for process improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Marketing, and Operations on product flow and promotions
- Develop and maintain contingency plans for business continuity
- Oversee selection and evaluation of distribution partners to ensure service, cost, and food safety compliance
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement leveraging technology and data-driven decision-making
- Support Purchasing by managing contract pricing communication and audits
- Monitor proprietary SKUs tracking and collaborate on cost-of-goods solutions
- Manage distribution tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues
