Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or related field
  • At least six years of progressively responsible management experience in auxiliary, recharge, and contract operations
  • Proven experience managing dining services and contract operations
  • Ability to negotiate and manage contracts throughout their full lifecycle
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without restriction
  • Successful completion of background check

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or related field
  • At least six years of progressively responsible management experience in auxiliary, recharge, and contract operations
  • In-depth knowledge of dining services and NACUFS professional practices
  • Experience in bookstore operations, trademark licensing, and contract management
  • Proven ability to negotiate, implement, and manage contracts
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, sound judgment, and strategic decision-making

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set strategic vision for Dining Services and Contract Operations
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle including research, bidding, negotiation, implementation, and oversight
  • Ensure compliance with university policies and industry best practices including NACUFS professional practices
  • Lead modernization efforts based on student feedback, market trends, and campus planning
  • Oversee a broad range of contractual services including campus dining, retail, catering, food trucks, meal plans, vending operations, alcohol permitting, bookstore operations, and trademark licensing
  • Develop and implement long-range plans to enhance service quality and campus vibrancy
  • Respond to inquiries and provide professional advice to executive leadership and stakeholders
