Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food service management preferably in senior living or hospitality
- ServSafe certification
- Proven experience in meal preparation and kitchen operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of dietary regulations and safety standards
- Passion for working with older adults

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the dining services team including hiring training scheduling and performance management
- Prepare high-quality nutritious meals that meet residents dietary needs and preferences
- Manage food inventory ordering and budget control
- Foster a culture of hospitality and customer service among staff
- Collaborate with other departments to support resident events and special occasions
- Oversee preparation and service of meals according to planned menus
- Oversee production of meals for limited modified and therapeutic diets
- Responsible for purchase of all food supplies and chemicals for the Dining Services department
