Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity in housing, service, or health-related facility
  • Minimum of 2 years in a dietary role in a similar-sized building
  • MN Certified Food Protection Manager license
  • Serve Safe Certification or ability to obtain within the first 90 days of employment

Job Duties

  • Be responsible for the overall management, compliance, and success of the dining services program
  • Ensure that dining services are operating appropriately by monitoring budgets, menus, cleaning schedules, and being a devoted steward of residents’ funds and belongings
  • Ensure that all dining staff are trained and competent to not only provide quality service but also delight the residents along the way
