Job Requirements
- Degree in culinary arts or restaurant service, preferred
- food safety certification required
- previous experience cooking in a similar environment
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- ability to lead a team effectively
- physical ability to lift trays and dishes and move dining furniture
- effective communication skills
- punctuality and reliability

Job Duties
- Oversee entire culinary department operations
- train and supervise dining department associates
- maintain inventory of food, supplies, and equipment
- manage budget effectively
- prepare and serve food and refreshments
- oversee setup for all meals and special events
- ensure cleanliness and smooth functioning of kitchen and dining areas to provide a gracious dining experience for residents
